I can think of great ways I could use Flickr images in writing. I wish I could have kids collect and create folders around topics such as symbolism or metaphors. I don't see how I could do this though. Once I create a folder, how do I have the kids access it? I wonder if I would have to have special permission for my kids to get to my Flickr. Hmmm...how would that work?
When I was looking at other education blogs for Thing 3, one of the ideas that caught my eye was a blog that posted visual writing prompts for students to respond to. I know that you and Megan played around with wikis last year, could you incorpoarte the pictures into something like that?
